Let’s Talk About Your Pool or Backyard Project.
Phone first. Clear expectations. Quality-focused construction.
Pacheco Landscape & Pool Construction is best suited for homeowners looking for quality craftsmanship, experienced oversight, clear communication, and a project built correctly from start to finish.
The best first step is a brief phone conversation. This allows us to understand the property, project type, plans, approximate investment, timing, access, and overall fit before either side commits time to an on-site meeting.
A brief conversation helps us determine the right next step.
Calling is generally the fastest and most effective way to begin. Email is helpful when you have plans, photographs, inspiration images, property information, or other project documents to share.

Common questions before contacting PLAPCO.
These answers explain how we begin conversations, evaluate potential projects, and prepare for on-site consultations and detailed pricing.
Why do you require a phone conversation before a site visit?
A brief phone conversation helps us understand the property, project type, planning stage, approximate investment, timing, access, and known site conditions before either side commits time to an on-site meeting.
It also allows us to identify whether plans, photographs, surveys, engineering, or other information should be reviewed first.
Can I schedule an on-site consultation through email?
You may email your information, plans, and photographs, but we generally have a phone conversation before scheduling an on-site consultation.
Do I need completed plans before contacting you?
Not always. We can discuss the project while you are still evaluating the property or overall scope. Detailed construction pricing generally requires sufficiently complete plans, defined quantities, known site conditions, and clearly identified selections or allowances.
Does PLAPCO provide design or engineering?
PLAPCO is the construction contractor. We build from approved plans and coordinate construction details with the homeowner’s selected designer, architect, structural engineer, civil engineer, geotechnical engineer, surveyor, or other licensed professionals when their services are required.
Why do you ask about the project budget?
An approximate investment range helps determine whether the desired scope, features, materials, site conditions, and construction needs are reasonably aligned before significant time is spent preparing plans or pricing.
It is not necessary to know the exact cost in advance, but a realistic range supports a more productive conversation.
Do you take small repair or handyman projects?
Our company is primarily structured for substantial pool, remodeling, hardscape, drainage, outdoor living, and residential backyard construction projects.
Smaller work may be considered when it is connected to a larger construction project, but stand-alone repair or handyman work may not be the right fit.
Can you review another contractor’s proposal?
We may review available plans and proposals as part of evaluating a project. However, contractors often organize, measure, qualify, and price scopes differently.
A meaningful comparison requires looking beyond the total price and reviewing what is included, excluded, combined, assumed, allowed, or left undefined.
Are you the cheapest pool or outdoor contractor?
No. We do not try to compete on the lowest bid. We focus on quality construction, detailed proposals, experienced oversight, proper preparation, clear communication, and long-term performance.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Danville, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Blackhawk, Concord, Clayton, Alamo, Martinez, and selected communities throughout Contra Costa County and the East Bay.
